BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared PAULINE SOMMERS, well known to me, who first being
duly sworn and cautioned did depose and say as follows:
1. Your Affiant resides at 1770 Northeast 191st
Street, North Miami Beach, Florida, and is the widow of ~
LOUIS SOMMERS who died on September 10, 1973, in Dade County, '
Florida. A certified copy of his death certificate is attached a
hereto. `
2. Your Affiant and said LOUIS SOMMERS were married •
to each other on the day of 4~~ ~ 19
and remained married to each other ontinuously until the time
of his death, as aforesaid. ' .
3. Your Affiant and LOUIS SOMMERS were the owners
as an estate by the entireties of various mortgages encumber-
ing real and personal property situate in various counties
in the State of Florida, se~curing promissory notes set forth
and described herein. The purpose of this affidavit is to ~
establish as a matter of Public Record tYiat your Affiant is
now the sole owner and~holder of'all of such mortgages and

notes secured thereby by reason of the death of said LOUIS
