right-of-way for public roads and drainage canals.
THIS DEED is given subject to any and all outstanding
mortgages or other liens of record which may constitute
liens against°the above described property, This Deed
is executed with the intent and purpose on the part of
the party of the first part to convey to party of the
second part a11 of her right, title and interest in and
to the above described property, including any right of
dower she may have in and to the above described property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the_
estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the
said first party, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit
and behoof of the said second party forever. •
