ORDER
. This cause having come on to be heard on November 16, 1973,
upon the Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and use
of the premises, and the Court after hearing testimony, argument of
counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That during the pendency of this divorce, each party shall be
enjoined from haras'sin~ apnoying, or interfering in any manner with the
other party's person or belongings.
2 That the home located at Route 1, Box 396, . Fort Pierce,
Florida, shall during the pendency of this divorce, be used and occupied
by each of the party's and their respective children. That each of the
party's and their respective children shall be allowed to jointly use the
common rooms of the house, to~+Wlt: kitchen, living room and dining ~
room; however, each of the party's is hereby restrained from occupying,
using, or otherwise going into or about the private quarters, or other
private rooms of each of the party's.
