thereof. the said Bormwen will do t~e following things. to-wit:
(s) Pay promptly when due all fire and wind-storm insurancepr emiums, taxes. a~sessmenu. dues and charges of
every kind imposed or levied upon thelr real and personal property prior to the time when aay such sums shall
becon~e delinquent or !n defautt; and
(b) Promptly pay whea due any and ali sums due and owing on any m~gage or aher Ca~u~nbrance on cae prop-
ettyhereinafter described and will aever suffer or permit any mortgage lien or encumbrance thereon to be-
come dellnquent or go into default.
2. The Borrowen agree that they will not~ without fint procuring the oonsent in wrlting of the said Bank here-
after creace or permit any 1[en orother encumbrance to exlst on theirpro petty~ real orpe nonal. now owned or here-
after acquired by them including. but not llmited to. thepropercy 6ereinsfter described.
3. The Borrowen agree that theyshall not Fave the privitege, nor wiU they sell. transfer. assign. hypothecate. or
in any maaner whatever. dispose of the property, or any interest thetein. owned by them~ lncluding specifically, but
not ltmited to~ the following real estate situate, to-wit: (Descdption of Property)
