BE IT FURT~IER RySOL~IED, that said map or plat of
such sur~ev and location, certif;ed by the Director of
Administration, shall be filed in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of each county through wh?_ch such
state road or section thereof, so surveyed and located,
shall run; _
BE IT FURTIiER RESOLVED, that the Secretarv of
Transportation finding that traffic ~onc~itions, present or
future, would justify said high~,•ay be~ng designated as a

! limited access facility, herebv designates the same as a

~ limited access facility; and,
~ BE IT FURT~iER RESOL~_TED, the due notice of this
Resolution be given by publication in a ne~•~spaper of general
circulation in the localitv of such facility.
