R E L E A S E
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, WHEREAS, PHILIP STRAZ2ULLA and ANNIE L.
STRAZZULLA, his wife, DOMINIC STRAZZULLA and SARAH L.
STRAZZULLA, his wife, and FRANK R. STRAZZULLA and LOUISE
M. STRAZZULLA, his wife, previously demised to the MILLER-
WOHL COMPANY, INC., a Delaware corporation duly authorized
to do business ii~ the State af r^lorida, hereinafter referred
to as Tenant, those certain premises, together with easements, _
rights and appurtenances thereto, all as more particularly
described in that certain Lease dated June 18, 1954, a
Memorandum of which was recorded on August 9, 1954, in Deed
Book 193, at page 133, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, ~~iorida; and
WHEREAS, STRAZZULLA BROS. CO., INC., a Florida corpo-
€ ration, whose Post Office Address is P.O. Box 3152, Fort

s Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to as Landlord, is the

; - present title holder of record to the demised premises; and

~ WHEREAS, the Landlord now desires the Tenant to re-

~ lease its rights in and over certain portions of the demised
~ -
~ premises;

~ NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum
~ of One Dollar ($1.00), and other valuable cansiderations in

~ hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Tenant
does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the Land-
~ lord, its successors and assigns, all of the rights which the _
~

-y Tenant hulds by virtue of the aforementioned Lease for in-
" gress, egress and customer parking in and over the following
described land:
The West 70 feet of Lots 8, 9 and 12, Block 3,
_ of CARLTON'S ADDITION, as per plat thereof re-
~3 corded in Plat ~3ook 1, at page 168, of the pub-
lic records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
