if the above described land is not conveyed by the Landlord
to the Florida Bank at Ft. Pierce within 90 days from the
date hereof, this release shall be null an3 void and of no
further force and effect and said land shall be subject to
the aforementioned lease just as if the Tenant had never
given this release to the Landlord.
