NO'IICE-is hereby given ~o all to whom it may concern that
suit was this day instituted by JOHN KAUTZ, JR., d/b/a KAUTZ
CONSTRUCZ'ION COMPANY AGAINST MR. AND MRS. VERDERY A. CLARK, in
the 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, involving the following described real
property, to-wit:
Built a residence on the following described property
for Mr. and Mrs. Clark fo the approximate amount of
~3u,000.00. Said home located on the folloxing
described real property in St. Lucie Cour?ty, Fbrida:

f UNIT ONE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
~ 10, page 17, St. Lucie County, Florida, Put~ic Records
; run Soutb 28 deg., -51 min. West, along the west line
~ of Bayshore Drive, 85 feet to a point of curvature;
~ thence on a circular curve, concave to the northeast
~ having a radius of 75 feet, run 5 feet to~the Point
~ of heginning of the lands herein described; .

~ said circular curve, 51.7 feet; thence Sout~Neaterly
~ 215.52 feet to a point on the west boundary of '
