WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 13th day of November, 1973,
between CHARLES B. FULTON and IMOGENE C. FULTON, his wife, of
the County of Dade, State of Florida, grantors, and PERRY BOSWELL,
JR., whose post office address is P. O. Box 785, Palm City,
Florida, of the County of Martin, State o~ Florida, grantee,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That said grantors. for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, and other good and valuable considerations
to said grantors in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said
grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following
described land, situate, lying and being in St. L ucie County,
Florida, to-wit;
Begin at a point of the South line of Section 25, _
Township 37 So uth, Range 40 East that is 100 feet
easterly of th e Quarter section corner on the south
line of said Section 25, said Quarter section corner
being also the Northwest corner of Government Lot 1,
Section"36, Township 37 South, Range 40 East; thence
run S 89°-34'00" W, along the south line of Section 25,
a distance of 1204.81 feet to the centerline of the
existing County Road; thence run N 23°57'20" W along
' said road centerline a distance of 65.44 feet; thence
run N 89°34'00" E,-along a line that is parallel to
and 60 feet northerly of the South line of Section 25, .
for a distance of 1226.57 ~eet; thence run S 00°26'00" E
for a distance of 60 feet to the Point of Beginning;
SUBJECT TO right-of-way of the existing County Road,
and easement to Florid a Power and Light Company.
and said grantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land;
and will defend th e same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever, This deed is given subject to the following conditions:
