FULTON, his wife, parties of the first part, herein- after referred to as "Fulton", and PERRY BOSWELL, JR., a single man, party of the second part, hereinafter referred to as "Boswell", W I T N E S S~ T H: 'WHEREAS, Boswell is desirous of obtaining an easement for road right-of -way purposes, ingress, egress and public utilities over, across and upon certain lands of Fulton herein- after described; WHEREAS, Fulton has agreed to convey lands to Boswell to be used for road right-of-way and public utility easement j purposes in accordance with the stipulations and covenants set ~ ; forth in this Agreement. ~ F ~ e 3 ~ NOW, THEREFORE,.in consideration of the covenants and f _ ~ ~ ~ promises set forth herein the parties hereto agree as follows: ~ ~ ~ l.
