THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~ day
of , 1972, by and between CHARLES B. FULTON
and IM E C. FULTON, his wife, parties of the first part, herein-
after referred to as "Fulton", and PERRY BOSWELL, JR., a single man,
party of the second part, hereinafter referred to as "Boswell",
W I T N E S S~ T H:
'WHEREAS, Boswell is desirous of obtaining an easement
for road right-of -way purposes, ingress, egress and public
utilities over, across and upon certain lands of Fulton herein-
after described;
WHEREAS, Fulton has agreed to convey lands to Boswell
to be used for road right-of-way and public utility easement
j purposes in accordance with the stipulations and covenants set

; forth in this Agreement.

~ NOW, THEREFORE,.in consideration of the covenants and

~ promises set forth herein the parties hereto agree as follows:

~ l. Fulton agrees to convey to Boswell, at such time as
~
~ Boswell is ready to construct a 20 foot paved roadway in accordance
~
~ with the subdivision regulations and standards of St. Lucie County,
~ ~Florida, a strip of land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
~
~
~ County, Florida, located on the said Fulton property described as
= follows:
° Begin at a point of the South line of Section 25,

Township 37 South, Range 40.East that is 100 feet
easterly of the Quarter section corner on the south
wt~ line of said Section 25, said Quarter section corner

being also the Northwest corner of Government Lot l,
