run S 89~34'00" W, along the south line of Section 25,
a distance o~ 1204.81 feet to the centerline of the
existing County Road; thence run N 23°57'20" W along
said road centerline a distance of 65.44 feet; thence
run N-89°34'00" E, along a Zine that is parallel to
and 60 feet northerly of the South line af Section•25,
for a distance of 1226.S7 feet; thence run S 00°26'00" E
_ for a distance of 60 feet to the Point of Beginninq;
SUBJECT TO right-of-way of the existing County Road,
and easement to Florida Ppwer and Light Company.
2. That the conveyance of the hereinabove described land
by Fulton to Bosweli shall reserve to Fulton, their heirs and assigns,
a perpetual non-exclusive easemerit for ingress, egress, public
utilities and road right-of-way purposes over said lands, and the
further right to ti~ into any roadway constructed thereon by
Boswell at any point thereon and the further right to tie into any
electric power lines located thereon at any point.
'i 3. That the conveyance_from Fulton to Boswell shall con-
i tain a reversionary clause providing that the lands conveyed to

Boswell, his heirs or assigns, shall be used far no purposes other
than a roadway or right-of-way for pedestrian and vehicular traffic;
an easement and right-of-way for public utilities, and~for land-
scaping provided such landscaping did not interfere with a use of
~ said lands for road right-of-way and publ.ic utility purposes; and

~ in the event that such lands are used for any other purpose or

~ purposes than those set forth herein, or is abandoned for right-

~ of=way purposes the title thereto shall revert to Fulton, their
heirs or assigns.
