T'hat Boswell shall construct and maintain at his expense without cost to Fulton, a road conforming to the subdivision regulations of St. Lucie County, Florida, having a width of not less than 20 feet, and conveyance by Fulton shall not be made until Boswell shall contract for the construction of said road and furnish ~ proof thereof to Fulton. ~ ~ , a 6. That Boswell shall pay all costs and expense incident € ~ ~ to the conveyance from Fulton, including the cost of survey of the ~ ~ ~ lands conveyed, the State Documentary Revenue and Sur-tax stamps on ~ the deed, the cost of recording the deed, and the costs of preparing the deed and this Agreement. ~ ~ 7.
