and easements of record;
(b) The easement granted to the Florida Power and
Light Company for the installation of a power line along the south
6 feet of the property;
(c) The revelations of an accurate survey;
(d) All taxes for the calendar year during which
the conveyance is made, with the taxes on the strip to be prorated
as of the date of closing; .
~ 5. T'hat Boswell shall construct and maintain at his
expense without cost to Fulton, a road conforming to the subdivision
regulations of St. Lucie County, Florida, having a width of not less
than 20 feet, and conveyance by Fulton shall not be made until
Boswell shall contract for the construction of said road and furnish
~ proof thereof to Fulton.

a 6. That Boswell shall pay all costs and expense incident

~ to the conveyance from Fulton, including the cost of survey of the

~ lands conveyed, the State Documentary Revenue and Sur-tax stamps on

the deed, the cost of recording the deed, and the costs of preparing
the deed and this Agreement.

7. Z'hat as part of the consideration for this Agreement

~ and any deed subsequently issued by Fulton pursuant to the terms

- hereof, Boswell agrees that he will not make objection to any applica- %

~ tion which Fulton might hereafter file with the State of Florida;

~ Count~ of St. Lucie, Florida; the Central and South Florida Flood
~
~:1 Control District; or the United States of America or their agencies
