for any permit or permits to dig canals upon the lands owned by
Fulton adjacent to lands owned by Boswell in Township 37 South, Range
41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, or to connect any waterways or
marinas now or hereafter located on Fulton's lands with tr~ ~aaters
of the St. Lucie River, nor for any permits for dredging, filling
or bulkheading reasonably necessary thereto. Likewise, Fulton agrees
not to object to any such applications heretofore or hereafter made
for similar permits on the said Boswell lands.
8. That this F.:~reement shall be null and void if not
exercised by Boswell, his heirs or assigns, within two (2) years
after the date of its execution by Fulton.
9. Z'his Agreement shall enure to the benefit to the =
heirs, executors or assigns of the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Agreement
to be executed the day and year first above written.
