a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, of the first part, in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dol2ars and other good and valuable considerations in
lawful moaey of the United States, to it in hand paid by
FIR3T FEDERAL SAVINGS ~ LOAN ASSOCIATION OF HOAtESTEAD, HOMESTEAD, PENNSYLVANIA.

these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
sold, asaigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents does hereby grant, _

Number 261821 , Public Records of St. Lucie , County, Florida, upon the
following described piece or parcel of land, situated and being iri St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 4~ S , Block 1 , FLORENCE M. HATCHER SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 10, at Page 7, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money due and
to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, it successors and
assigns forever; the said partq of the first part has caused these presents to be
signed in its name by its President, and its corporate seal to be affixed, attested by
