J. T. STEWART MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC.
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, of the first part, in
consideration of the sum of Ten.Dollars and other good and valuable considerations in
lawful money of the United States, to it in hand paid by
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS ~ LOAN ASSOCIATION OF HOMESTEAD, HOMESTEAD, PENNSYLVANIA.
Party of the second part, at or before the unsealing and delivery of ~

following described piece or parcel of land, situated and being in St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 22 , Block 2 , FLEETWOOD ACRES,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 10, at Page 78, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. -
Together with the note or obligation described ia said mortgage, and the money due and
to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon. ,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, it successors and
assigns forever; the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be
signed in its name by its President, and its corporate seai t~i be affixed, at~este~ hy
