DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE _
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 15th day of November, 1973
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists betwee~ the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
li ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JERALD E.

SMITH and BARBARA J. SMITH be and the same is hereby dissolved, and

~ the parties and each of them are hereby.forever freed from the bonds
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
• arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of LINDA ANN SMITH and JERALD E. SMITH,
f.

' JR., minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to BARBARA J.
~
~ SMITH with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JERALD E. SMITH.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 16th day of November, 1973, JERALD
- E. SMITH shall pay to BARBARA J. SMITH the sum of $25.00 per week per
~t child for support of the children named above, and $30.00 per week
~ as alimony for the wife .
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
