DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE '
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 15th day of November, 1973 ~
and the Court having given full consideration to all the~evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORBEP~D ~:D AJJL~I?GED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOSEPH AZMON
FULLER and ANITA M. FULLER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~ -
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ALESHA MARIE FULLER, minor child of
~he parties is hereby awarded to ANITA M. FULLER with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to JOSEPH AZMON FULLER, as follows;
From 10:00 A. M. Saturd~y-morning until ?:00 P. M.
Sunday ~ight, every other weekend conmctencing
24th day of November, 1973 and every other
weekend thereafter.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of November, 1973,
Joseph Azmon Fuller shall pay to Anita M. Fuller the sum of $20.00
each and every week for-the support of the minor chiZd of the
parties hereto.
