Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to ANITA M. ~JLLER. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. ~

4. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $200.00
to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and
JOSEPH AZMON FULLER is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together
with costs herein assessed at $38.00.
5. JURISDICTION. JLirisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
