ORDER
Upon consent of all parties, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the plaintiff, BARBARA JILL GARNER, submit to
a re-examination by Dr. James F. Cooney of West Palm Beach,
Florida, at a date and time to be obtained by defendants with -
notice given to plaintiffs at least ten (10) days prior to
said date. Said examination to be of such a nature as is nec-
essary to determine the extent and nature of injuries allegedly
sustained by the plaintiff, BARBARA JILL GARNER, at the time
and place and on the occasion mentioned in the Complaint filed
in this cause.
2. That the results of this examination shall be reported
by said doctor to the defendant in writing in a detailed manner
setting out his findings and conclusions. If requested bp
plaintiff, defendant shall promptly furnish plaintiff with a
copy of such report. - -
3. The cost of said examination in the first instance
shall be borne by the defendant, subject to being taxed in
