ORDER ON COMPROMISE AND FINAL JUDGMENT
The Parties hereto and their attorneys having submitted a
compromise and settlement stipulation to this Cciurt for its approval.,
and the Court being of the opinion that the~sum of $1,000.00 by
and through JOHNNIE HODGE and ELLA MAE HODGE, the parents and next
friends, is a fair, full and adequate consideration for the said
.minor,Evelyn M. Hodge, as a result of the accident and resulting
~ injuries involved herein, the Defendant denying liability therefor,

r and the Court further being of the opinion that the sum of $2,000.00
~

~ payable to Johnnie Hodge and Ella Mae Hodge, the parents and
~
~ next friends, is a fair and adequate consideration for the claim
~ of inedical expenses and loss of services incurred as a result
~ of the said accident, and that the settlement is beneficial to
~ the said minor, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in
~
~ the premises, it is thereupon,
~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff minor, by an~ through
~ ~ her parents, and ~ext friends, have and recover from and of the
- Defendant the sum of $1,000.00.
