and Ella Mae Hodge individually, the sum of $2,000.00, from which
outstanding medical expenses incurred on behalf of the minor
are to be paid;
It is further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that upon the payment of
$1,000.00 to the minor, through her parents and next friends,
by the Defendant or anyone on their behalf, that the said parents
and next of friends of Evelyn Hodge a minor, give full and complete
satisfaction and release of this judgment to the said Defendant.
The said parents may receive and have the money for the said
minor, as aforesaid, without bond.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of 9ete~~r, 1973, at West
Palm Beach, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
