mortgage and the indebtedness secured thereby, executed by RICHARD E. HL~NT
under date of April 17th, 1973 recorded in Ufficial Record t3ook 213, Page ~94,
St. 1_ucie County, Florida, public records encumbering real propert}? situate in
St. I..ucie County, Florida, said property being described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
Pursuant to the terms of the aforedescribed mortgage and at the request
of said mortgagor and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars
($10. 00) and other valuable considerations inuring to the undersigned from the

subordinate the lien and operation of said mortgage to the lien and operation of
