and assigns~ hereinafter ca]1ed the mortgagee~_the prenlises located in
said County and particularly described in said mortgage~ to secure the

the said mortgagor at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt r+hereof

and discharge fraa the lien and operat~on of said mortgage unto the said
mortgagor and assigns, all that piece, parcel or :ract of the premises
canveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:

recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 18, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
