Said support payments shall continue until saicl minor children

• LANGLL is entitleei to the marital home and furnishings contained therein and
.that ROf3ERT C. LANGEL is directed to convey, by Quit Claim l~eed, any
interest or ownership that he may have in the marital home as lump sum settle
ment in lieu uf alimony. In the event RO[3L-'RT C. LANGEL fails to execute a
proper conveyance wittlin ten (lU) days from the cfate of entry of this ~inal
judgment, then a certifieci copy of this i~ i~~al Judgment si~all ~~ct as a conveyanc
of all of the right, title and in[erest in the subject property by filing said cer-
tified copy of this judgment in the official records of St. I_.ucie County, Florida.
