ORDER ENFORCING FINAL JUDGMENT

This cause came on for hearing before the Court upon
the motions of EDWARD L. TRADER for post-judgment relief and to
clarify judgment, and the amended motion for post-judgment relief,
and upon the supplemental petition of LILLIAN L. TRADER for
enforcement, correction and modification of final judgment, upon
due notice, and both parties being present and represented by
counsel, and it appearing to the Court, and the Court finding:
(aj That the final judgment rendered in this cause ~
; on August 11, 1973, and the provisions thereof relating to the
~
then minor children of the parties, are not affected by the action
i -
~ of the 1973 legislature changing the age of majority of Floridians
~
~ to eighteen years (FSA 1.01(14Trader
~
~ (b) That John Rudi ~i`ayior was lawfully married about
~ June 9, 1973; that Bryan Alan Trader at and prior to July 1,'
1973, was self-supporting, and has remained and continued to be
~ self-supporting, being regularly employed at a weekly income of
~
~
s approximately $92.00, based on a 40~hour week at $2.30 per hour,
~
~
~ and also said Bryan Alan Trader has either been married or holding -
~
- himself out to be married from sometime in the summer of 1973
~j until recently, and during said intervening period has been living
~ as a married man; that neither of said children is in school or
~
college;
~ (c) As to the :natters raised by Count 1 of the petition
~
of LILLIAN L. TRADER:
