TRADER of payments made upon an automobile of Bryan Alan Trader, in the amount of $757.90, were improperly made, and that said EDWARD L. TRADER is also in arrears for one monthly support payment of $200.00 for said Bryan Alan Trader; in addition, that EDWARD L. TRADER is in default for the June support payment for John Rudi Trader in the amount of $200.00, so that the total amount that said EDWARD L. TRADER is in arrears for support~is $1,I57.90; (d) As to the matters raised by Count 2 of the petition of LILLIAN L. TRADER, the Court finds that EQWARD L. TRADER is not in default in payment of rehabilitative alimony required by the final judgment except for $78.21, improperly paid by EDWARD L. TRADER directly to a drug store, and he is therefore only in default in the amount of $78.21; (e) As to the matters raised by Count 3 of the petition of LILLIAN L. TRADER, the Court finds that all of the bills and expenses claimed in Count 3 were paid by LILLIAN L. TRADER shortly - aft~r the final judgment and were properly paid by her as her own bills and expenses and not chargeable to EDWARD L. TRADER; _ ~ (f) As to the matters raised by Count 4 of the petition of LILLIAN L. TRADER, counsel for ~DWARD L. TRADER having represented that he does not resist payment of legitimate house maintenance bills, the Court finds that EDWARD L. TRADER should reimburse LILLIAN L. TRADER in the amount of $115.73; (g) As to the matters raised by Count 5 of the petition of LILLIAN L. TRADER, which is responsive to the motion of EDWARD L. TRADER for post-judgment relief, as to possession of the dwelling house property of EDWARD L. TRADER in Indialantic, the Court finds that both of the younger children of the parties are either married or self-supporting, or both, and so, under Para- graph 10 of the final judgment, EDWARD L. TRADER now has the right to claim possession and control of said dwelling house property; the Court is of opinion that LILLIAN L.
