HomeMy WebLinkAbout0489 (h) As to the matters raised by Count 6 of the petition of LILLIAN L. TRADER, the Court finds that the 20 shares of General Dynamic stock has been owned individually by EDWARD L. TRADER since its issue in 1967, and was mistakenly included as joint property in the affidavit of EDWARD L. TRADER filed August 9, 1972; that the furniture of the parties was joint property at the time of the final judgment, and is now held by the parties as equal tenants in common; by the term furniture the Court does not intend to include items fixed upon or into the premises, such as wall-to-wall. carpet- ing; (i) As to the matters raised by Counts 7 and 8 of the• petition of LILLIAN L. TRADER, counsel for LILLIAN L. TRADER announced before the Court that, since filing her petition, she has read a transcript of the Court's announcements at the hearing - on August 9, 1972 and withdraws said counts; (j) As to the matters raised by Counts 9 and 10 of the petition of LILLIAN L. TRADER relating to an alleged intention of EDWARD L. TRADER to liquidate his assets and presumably depart the area, and relating to difficulties of personal relationship a between the parties since the final judgment, counsel for EDWARD I ~ ; L. TRADER represented to the Court that he was authorized to state ~ that Mr. Trader has no intention of liquidating and leaving the ~ ~ area, and no evidence on said issues was presented; ~herefore, the r ~ Court finds that at this time there is no need for an order ~ ~ relating to said issues; (k) As to the matter of attorneys' fees raised by Count 10 of the petition of LILLIAN L. TRADER, the Court finds ~ that certain of the services performed by counsel for LILLIAN L. ~ TRADER were essential ta the implementation and enforcement of ~ the final judgment, and LILLIAN L.
