1. That EDWARD L. TRADER be and he hereby is ordered
to pay to LILLIAN L. TRADER the total sum of $1,351.84 in cash
upon the rendition of this Order;
2. That LILLIAN L. TRADER be and she hereby is ordered
to deliver possession and control of the dwelling house propezty
of EDWARD L. TRADER in Indiaiantic now occupied by LILLI1~i L.
TRADER, on or before four months from the date of rendition of
this Order, whereupon EDWARD L. TRADER is hereby authorized to
take and assume full possession and control thereof;
3. That EDWARD L. TRADER and LILLIAN L. TRADER be and
they hereby are declared to be tenants in comrnon of the furniture
located in said dwelling house property in Indialantic, prior to
the dissolution of marriage, and each is declared to be owner of
an undivided one-half interest in said furniture; that in order to
avoid another hearing on this item, the Court directs the parties to
agree upon a division and distribution of said furniture within
ten days of the rendition of this Order (actual distribution to
be made upon delivery of possession of said dwelling house property
~ under the provisions of Paragraph 2 above), and upon failure to

~ agree upon a division of said furniture within said ten days,
~ an appraiser agreeable to counsel for both parties shall be
~
~ engaged at the expense of EDWARD L. TRADER, to prepare and furnish
~ to the parties an appraisal of said furniture, and either party
~ ~ ~
may pay the other one-half of the appraised value thereof, or
~ upon failure of either to so pay the other, the furniture shall
~ be sold and the net proceeds of sale divided equally;
~ 4. That EDWARD L. TRADER be and he hereby is ordered

~ to pay to Barbara Taylor an attorney's fee in *he sum of $350.00
~
in cash upon the rendition of this Order;

5. That the request for modification of the alimony

~ and support provisions of the final judgment be and it hereby is

~ denied.
