"The Chairman advised the Directors that the

as the duly appointed trustees oi The Southland
Employees' Trust expire on April 25, 1968. Upon
motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried,
it was:
RESOLVED, That M. T. Cochran, Jr., Bill
R. Harper, E. M. Monk, John P. Thompson
and J. Y. Ballard are appointed trustees
of The S outhland Employees' Trust for
terms beginning April 25, 1968 and until
such time as they resign or are removed
by the Board of Directors and successor -
trustees are appointed and qualif ied."
Attached hereto and made a part hereof is a true and correct
copy of Section 3.3, 3.13 and 3.14 of A~ti~.Ze 3 af The Sau~h3~nd
; Employees' Trust, as amended to date hereof, and which remains in
; full force and effect, concerning the powers of the Trustees to
~ acquire and sell property and the authority of any Trustee to take
j title to and execute conveyances of prop~rty owned by the Trust.
