L& O EQUIPMENT SERVICES, INC., a Florida corporation, by
its undersigned attorney, C. R. McDONALD, JR., who personally appeared
before me, the undersigned authority, and being duly sworn, deposes and
says that he is the attorney of the Zienor herein, L& O EQUIPMENT SERVICES,
INC., whose address is 137 Westglen Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, and
that in gursuant with a contract with R. A. COOK & ASSOCIATES, 4762 N. E.
12th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and VAN COTT & FERGUSON, Suite 204,
999 Woodcock Road, Orlando, Florida, the lfenor furnished labor, services,
and materials, hauled trash, and did other work on the following described
g~operty in St. Lucie County, Florida:
From the Northwest Corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, run Sough along the West -
line of said Section 24, a distance of 38 feet; thence run South 89 deqrees
23' 30" East, a distance of 692.1Q feet to the point of beginning of the
following described land:
From said point of beginning, run South 89 degrees 23' 30" East a distance
o£ 150.48 feet; }hence run South 00 degrees 00' 30" West a distance of
439.79 feet to the North right of way of State Road 70; thence run South
70 degrees 08' 30" West along the North right of way of State Road 70 a
distance of 160 feet; thence run North 00 degrees 00' 30" East a distance
of 495.74 feet to the point of beginning; all in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said property was owried by KENNETH I. VAN COTT, JR., CARL
L. CROFT, HARRY M. FERGUSON, Suite 204, 999 Woodcock Road, Orlando, Florida.
The persons who did the work - R. A. COOK & ASSOCIATES, of 4762 *I. E.
12th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Flori~a.
The last and only work performed was hauling 16 leads
of trash at $30.00 per lead for a total contract price of $480.00, which

was done on August 29-31, 1973, and the whole sum of $480.00 remains
unpaid.
