as Frances Fitz Hugh Sloan, and that she is known by both names and.
at various times has he ld and/or transferred property in both names;
that she is making this Affidavit at the request of Ben L. Bryan, Jr., ?

owned by Royal Estates Associates, and makes this affidavit solely for
