LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, a non-~profit Florida
Corporation does hereby release RO~FAL ESTATES, INC., a Florida
Corporation , its successors and assigns from any and all. obligations
under the Agreement recorded in Official Record Book I88, at pages
898 through 905, as same relates to Canals No. 4 and 5, in that all
obligations as it relates to those Canals have been performed.
