TO those certain lots. parcels or tracts of lands, situate,
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida,
more particularly described as follows~ to-wit:

Less and excepting therefrom a parcel of approximately
2.9 acres described as: A part of the West 146.34
feet of the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, described as follows: Beginning at the
intersection of the North-South quarter section line with
the Norttierly right-of-way lien of the Sunshine State'
Parkway Feeder Road, which point is 86.61 feet South
o£ the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section
12. Township 34 South, Range 39 East; thence run North-
easterly along the Northerly right-of-way line of the
Sunshine State Parkway Feeder Road 205.62 feet to a ~
point which point at its closest distance 146.34 feet
from the North-South Quarter section line of said Sec-
tion 12, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, thence run
North parallel with the saiu North-South quarter section
line a distance of 847.84 feet to a point; thence r~n
West a distance of 146.34 feet to the said North-South
quarter section line; thence run South along said North-
South quarter section line 988.34 feet, more or less to
the point of beginning.
