quarter section line with the Northerly r~ght-of-
. way line of the Sunshine State Parkway Feeder Road,
which paint is 86.61 feet South of the N$ corner of
the SS~ of the SW~ of Section 12, Tawnship 34 South,
Range 39 East; thence running northeasterly along
the northerly right-of-way line of the Sunshine State
Parkway Feeder Road 205.62 feet to the point of
beginning of the tract hereby described. From said
point of beginning run Northeasterly ~iong tne riyii~~
of-way of Sunshine State Parkway Feeder Road 200 feet
to a point; thence run North parallel to said North-
South quarter section line to a point that would be
intersected by a line extended due East from a point
on said North-South quarte r section line that is
901.72 feet north of the SW corner of NW~ of S$~ of
said Section 12; thence run West (along said line
extended due 8ast) to a point that is due North of
a point of beginning; thence run South and parallel
to said North-Sonth quarter section line a distance
of 847.84 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.

BEING the same premises which were conveyed to the -
mortgagor by deed da~ed the ~9 day of N OyC~i1GQ~
1973 , and delivered and intended to be recorded
sinultaneously herewith; this mortgage being given E
to secure a portion of the purchase money or
consideration for which the said conveyance was made.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with the tenements,
hereitaments and appurtenances thereto belonging and the rents, issues
and profits thereof, unto the mortgagee, in fee simple.
~AND the mortgagor covenants with the mortgagee that the mortgagor
is indefeasibly seized of said land in fee si.mple; that the mortgagor has
good right and lawful authority to convey said land as aforesaid; that the ;
mortgagor will make such further assurances to perfect the fee simple title
to said land in the mortgagee as may reasonably be required; that the
mortgagor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said
land is free and clear of all encumbrances.

The mortgagor or any owner of the subject premises shall have the right to
prepay all or any part of the within mortgage upon l0 days' prior written .
notice to the mortgagee, after July 1; 1974, with interest to the date of
prepayment. Such notice shall set forth therein the amount of such prepay-
ment, and the date on which it is to be paid. If such notice is given, the
s a~nount specified in such notice shall become due and payable on the date
~ specified in such notice.
The mortgagor or any subsequent owner oE the premises shall be granted the
privilege of obtaining releases of part of the mortgaged premises from time
to ti.me, in tracts of-~not less than forty (40) acres, conIInencing on or after
July 1, 1974, on a contiguous basis, starting from either the easterly or i
westerly end of the aforesaid premises. It is the intention of the parties
hereto that each release shall have an easterly and westerly boundary line,
' parallel to the canal on the westerly perimeter of the entire parcel. Each
release shaZl not take in more than twenty-five (2596) per cent of the
turnpike feeder road frontage. The sum to be paid for each forty (40)
~ acre release shall be equivalent to 125% of the total purchase price for
said forty (40) acres.
