Before me, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared Charles
E. Becht, vho being first duly s~rora, deposed and says: _
1. That he is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
and has an office in Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. That he was Well acquainted with Atha S. Baugh and Bessie
Baugh, his ~ife who were the o~mers of the following described
property to vit:
Lot 30, Block 8, I.ake~rood Park, Unit No. One
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat ~
Book 10, Pages S1 and S1A thru S1C of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That from information and belief, he says that said Atha S.
Baugh and Bessie Baugh were married prior to April 16, 1956
and that said marriage continued without interruption until
August 8, 1958, the date of the death of said Atha S. Baugh.
