ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

1. The defendant's Motion for New Trial on the
graunds that "no verdict can be awarded to the father, Frank
Laurito, when no verdict is awarded for the daughter, Donna
Laurita, who is the party through whom the father has any
i claim", is granted as to all issues.
