Being the same property conveyed to Ovada M. Ward
t~~ ~ and Elijah E. Ward, her husband, by Deed dated
o~ August 17, 1970, said Deed duly recorded in Offic-
~ ial Record Book 205, Page I726, in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida .
This Mortgage is given as security for the payment of the
promissory note referred to above and the Mortgagars agree as
follows:
1. That additional loans may be made under this Mortgage
from time to time in an amount up to but not exceeding the sum
of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) and said loan will be secured
by the property herein described.
