Gentlemen:
In consideration of the payment to melus by you of ~1.00 and other good and valuable co~sideration which ;
I/we have received, 1/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utitity facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipmenti to be installed from time to time; with ihe right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remave such facilities ar any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any ather Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
abst~uctions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upan, under, and across my/our pro-
perty desc~ibed as follows: -
. That part of the S4 of the S2 of the SFi of the S~ lying t~est of the
Westerly R/W of SR#5 (U.S. #1) Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40 Fast,
excepting therefrom that part conveyed to C&SFFCD, as recorded in DB-259,
P-567, and also less and excepting that part conveyed to FPFDD, as recorded in
OR-169, P-1590, St. Lucie County, Florida, subject to R/W for SR No.4 (Old _
~ U.S. Highway #2). _

6 feet, plus a strip 10 feet wide, centered and beginning 35 feet East of the
