AGREEMENT
A Div. of The Indiana National Bank
WHERSA3, Credit Insurers of America, is engaged in the
originating and servicing of instalment contracts ariaing from the
sale of mobile homes by working as liasod with finatice factors and
mobile home dealers andlor mobile home park owners, and shall herein
be referred to as CIA which shall include the finance factor (lien-
holder) involved, and
WHERTAS, all parties herein referred to stand to profit from
said operation, and

~ WHEREAS, CIA and park Owner are now engaged in cooperating
for their mutual benef it for the sale, financing and servicing of
motii2e homes through the generation of instalment contracts it is

~ THEBEFORE MUTUALLY AGREED:

` 1. Park Owner agrees that CIA shall be and is hereby given the
4 authority to resell any repossessed mobile home arising out
of the relationship herein described and which is located
in said park.

~ 2. CIA shall be obligated to pay Park Owner the rental due in
arrears on said repossessed mobile home but in no event shall
such rental arrearage payable be more than 60 days rental.
3. CIA shall have authority to keep said repossession in said
park for a period not exceeding 6 months from the date of {
said repossession. . During such period CIA shall pay Park }
Owner the customary rental for said mobile home.
4. In the resale of said repossession CIA ahall have exclusive
rtght to determine who the new occupant may be provided said
family status of such new occupant or occupants is consistent
with that of the surrounding mobiZe home tenants.
This agreemeat shall be binding upon successora, assigns,
heirs, administrators and executors of the parties hereto.
