~ This cause came on for trial this, the 26th Day of November, 1973, .
and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and ~
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter ~
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the ~
t
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken ~
t

and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
~
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED ~s fol~ows:
1. DISSOLU TION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between Mervin A. ~
~
i Bowman and Susan M. Bowman be and the same is hereby dissolved, and `
i
i the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ;
i matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ;
~
f arising therefrom. ~
~ ;
~ Z. CUSTODY. Custody of Karen Marie Bowman, minor child of ~
~ ~
~ the parties, is hereby awarded to Susan M. Bowman with reasonable =
i
~ visitation rights reserved to Mervin A. Bowman. ~
~
3. SUPPC3RT AND PROPERTY. The Separation agr~ement admitted
~
~ into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties ;

~ are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~

4. NRISDICTI(JN. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties

hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
