_This cause came on for final hearing on November 26,
1973, upon Petition for Dissolution o~ Marriage, and a
default having been regularly entered by the Clerk of this
Caurt upon Respondent~s failure to answer or otherKise plead,
and Respondent, JIIDY SPRY KEY, h~ ving been personally served
process and the Court having heard the testimony of D1NNY
REED KEY, Petitioner, and Petitioner's witness and~ being fti.illy `
a~vised ~n the premises, the Court finds and decides as ;

1. The parties were married on lpril f5, 1971, i.n
Florence, South Carolina.
2. Peti.tioner has been a resident of Florida ~or more
than six month~ negt before filing the Petition of Disso-
lution of ~Iarriage.
3. The Respondent was personally served process on :
October 18, 1973, and a default Yras properly entered by the
Clerk of t:~is Court against the Respondent.
4. This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and the
sub~ect matter of this action.
5. Petitioner has proved the allegations of the Petition

and that the marriage is irretrievably broken.
