This cause came on for final hearing on November ~
26, 1973, upon Petition for Dissolution of 1~farriage,
and a default having been regularly entered by the Clerk
of this Court upon Respondent's failure to answer or
otherwise plead, and Respondent, RQNALD W. KOHLER, having '

been personally served process and the Court having '
~
heard the testimony of GLADYS B. KOHLER, Petitioner, and ?
Petitioner's witness and being fully advised in the
~
premises, the Court finds and decided as follows: ~
1. The parties were married on March 21, 1967, in i

Charleston, South Carolina. ;
2. The Petitioner, GLADYS B. KOHLER, has been a '

i resident of Florida for more than six months next before

~ filing the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage. ~
~ 3. The Respondent was personally ~served process ~

~ on October 25, 1973 and a default caas properly entered

~ by the Clerk of this Court against the Respondent.
~ 4. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
~ the subject matter of this action.

~ Kohler, a female, age 4.
