THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date and the Court, hav- ?
ing given full consideration to a21 the evidence, finds and deter-
mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of the subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should
be dissolved. It is, thereupon,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. DISSOLLITION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RICHARD
T. BOHL and SHERRY M. BOHL be, and it is hereby, dissolved, and that
the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them, and from the obligations 5
arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The Separation And Property Settlement Agree-
ment admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference -
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
prope r .
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, in St. Lucie County, Florida,
