This cause came on for trial the 15th day of November, ;
1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all the =
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of ;
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the `

marriage between the parties is irretrievabiy broken and shou].d be

dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BILLIE
DWAINE ROWLEY and BETTY ROWLEY be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed~from the =
bonds of matri.mony heretofore existing betweeri them and from the f

obliqations arising therefrom. F
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DEBORAH ROWLEY, minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to BETTY ROWLEY with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to BILLIE DWAINE ROWLEY.
3. SUPP4RT. Com~nencing the~~day of November, 1973,
BILLIE DWAINE ROWLEY shall pay to BETTY ROWLEY the sum of $15.00

each and every week for the support of the child named above.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and #

by him remitted promptly to BETTY ROWLEY. In addition there is 3
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
