money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. AWARD OF RELIEF. The Husband's counterpetition seeking
partition of the marital abode is denied. The Wife shall have
the right to continue to reside there with the minor child of
the parties, DEBORAH ROWLEY. Each party is responsible to
insure that mortgage payments are kept current.
5. ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS. Each party is responsible for
the payment of its attorney's fees; Court costs of $35.50 shall
be born equally by the parties hereto.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may
be proper.
