If a conveyance should be made by the m~rtgagors of the premises herein described, or any part
thereof, wit!~out the written consent of the Association, and without assumption in regular form of
law Fy the grantee of the obligations to the Association created by said promissory r~~te and this mort-
gage, then, and in that event, and at the option of the Association, and w+thout notice, all sums of
money secured hereby shall immedia~ely and concurrently with such conveyance become due and pay-
abte and in default. The Association rese?~ps the right to. withhold c~nsent to any such conveyance
ar~~+ assumption until and unless satisfact~ry. fi~ar~cial repco~s and other personal data required by the
Assvciaiiuri are ~:;~e~~sh~ f:, the Ass;~~:at?bs1 b~ r^.?rty ~qui.rinc; tifle to the Dremises, or any part
thereot. By g~ving its consent to such eorrveYence, the Associafiion shall not be deemed to have released
the mort~agor hereunder from any IiabiNt~hereunder. T~~~iation may deal with successors in in-
terest with reference io'this mortage af~j t~e~~tLher ' ured in the same manner as with the
mortgagors, and may forbear to sue or may extend time for payment of the debt, secured hereby, or
~ otf,erwise act withaut discharging or in any way affecting the l;ability of the mortgagors hereunder
or upon the debt hereby secured. The Association may also deal with the Mortgagors and/or with
successors in interest with reference to this mortgage and the debt hereby secured by forbearing to '
sue, extendin ; the time for payment of the debt, providing for different monthly payments and/or a
different interest rate, and by other express modifications of the contract, without losing any priority
the Association has over other mortgagees or lienors or holders of any junior interest in the property
secured hereby. ~
Tegether with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hsreaiter erected there-
on or ~+laced therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or artic(es, ~vhether in single units or
centrally controlied, used to supply heai, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventila-
tion or other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, including screens, windoK-
shades, storm doors and windows, fioor coverings, screen doo~s, awnings, stoves and wafer heaters
(all of which are i~ter~ded to be and ase here5y declared to be a part of said real estate whether physic-
ally attached theretc or not); and also together with all easements and the rents, issues and profits of ~
said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and se; ove- unio the Mortgagee, whether
now due or hereaf ter to be~ome aue as provided in the Supplemental Agreement ser_ured hereby. The
Mortgagee is here5y subr~ated to the rights bf all mortgages, lienholders and owners paid off by pro-
