This is an action on a promissory note alleged to be ;
in default. From the evidence it is made to appear that on
November 17, 1969 the defendants in St. Lucie County, Florida,
executed and delivered a promissory note payable to the plaintiff ~
in the principal sum of $1,000.00 payable within three (3) years
after date with interest therean at the rate of 6$ per annum '
until paid, and agreed upori default in the payment of said note
t to pay costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
, On the evidence presented, the Court finds that there is _

due, owing and unpaid by the defendants to the plaintiff $1,004.00 ;
as principal, $240.00 as interest through Novem.ber 17, 1973 and - '
$300.00 for attorney's fees, with Court Costs now taxed at $33.00.
` Zt is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a Final Judgment in the aggregate
amount of $1,573.00 be and the same is hereby entered in favor of
; the plaintiff, National Indemnity Company, and against the defendants,
~ John McNeill and Lottie McNeill, for all of which let execution issue.
