KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that M. A. RAMSEY, as to an undivided
1/4 interest; PHII.L[P P. ZIPES as to an undivided 1/4 interest; and I.EON D.
MILLER, as to an undivided 1/2 interest, the owners and holders of that certain

St. Lucie County, Florida, said property being described in Exhibit "A" attached
