exercise its right of first refusal within the period prescribed,
the Grantee shall be entitled to convey the property in accordance
with the proposa2 of which the Grantor was notified. This is a
continuing right of first refusal; the waiver of the right by
the Grantor shall not extinguish the right of first refusal in
the event the conveyance is not concluded and the property con-
veyed in~accordance with the proposal of which the Grantor was
notified. Such conveyance shall not release the new owner from
restructions herewithin except with Grantor's written permission.
19. All of the conditions, covenants, restrictions, and
reservations set forth herein shall run with the land and grantee, ~
by accepting the deed to said premises, accepts the same, subject >
to such conditions, covenants, restrictions, and reservations and
agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, to be bound by each ?

jointly, separately and severally. '
Grantee accepts this Deed to replace the Deed between the
parties, dated October 27, 1971, and recorded in Official Record
Book 196 , Page 2662 , public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
with the express understanding that the conditions, covenants,
restrictions and reservations set forth in this instrument shall
also replace the conditions, covenants, restrictions and reservations
contained in that certain deed between the parties dated October 27,
1971, and recorded in Official Record Book 19b , Page 2b62 ~
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
IN WITNESS {VHEREOF, the parties have caused these presents
to be executed in their respective names, and their respective
corporate seals to be hereunto affixed, by their proper officers -
