Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 lying South of Okeechobee Road
and the West 3/4 of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and that part
of Section as in Deed Book 44, Page 219 (less: Begin at intersection of the South line
of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and East right-of-way of McNeill Road, run ~
East 29?', thence North ?15', thence West 297', thence South ?15~ to point of beginning
and less West 33'. ) ~
Attached hereto is schedule A. If the survey to be furnished by Seller as provided
in this contract shows any material , change of location, dimensions, road fron~age,
etc, Buyer shall have the option of terminating the contract within 1~ days after receipt
of such survey by fnrnishing to Seller written notice of such terminatioi~. In such case
purchasers deposit paid herein shall be returned forthwith and this contract shall be of ~
no further force and effect.
